BANZAAN MARKETS PATONG BEACH
If you are after fresh cheap fruit, vegetables, spices, meat or seafood, then Banzaan Markets in Patong are the place to go. There are also a lot of food stalls inside selling snack foods like freshly cooked spring rolls, stick food and curries etc.
Then from about 5pm the car park closes and the food carts move in selling all types of delicious freshly cooked Thai food.
The markets are undercover in a nice big spacious building and don’t forget to go upstairs as there is a good food court and little shops selling clothes, shoes, souvenirs and gifts etc.
Banzaan Markets are a great place to buy fresh cheap seafood which you can then take next door to Hemingways to be cooked or upstairs to one of the many places in the food court for a small charge.
The fresh food markets open at 7am and close at 5pm, but then it turns into a very lively market area with lots of different food carts and clothing stalls
Banzaan fresh food markets are on Sai Kor Road behind Jungceylon shopping Centre in Patong.
