CHOCOLATE BAR & RESTAURANT RAWAI BEACH
The Chocolate Bar & Restaurant is along the beachfront at Rawai Beach. This area has been a favourite of ours for many years now and has many good little restaurants and bars. It is so nice and relaxing just sitting here watching the long tail boats and Thai families playing or swimming.
There is a good menu with many choices and the prices are so cheap, like a Singha for 60baht, a delicious stuffed Thai omelet 100baht and banana splits for 100baht. The staff are lovely as well.
Did you know that Rawai Beach use to be Phuket’s most popular beach for Thai families before the new road over Patong Hill was built.
Nowadays it is classed as a working beach for the speed boats and long tails but you can still see many Thai families come here for picnics and swimming.
So, if you’re in the area we recommend calling into the Chocolate Bar & Restaurant, they are open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
