JINDA'S SHOP PATONG BEACH
Update July 22nd 2017 - Jinda Has Moved.
Due to the shop Jinda was renting on Beach Road being sold and the new owner trying to charge exorbitant rent, Jinda and the boys had to find somewhere very quickly. So, they are now on Rat-U-Thit Rd Patong, the road running parallel behind Beach Rd. The new shop is very easy to find and even easier if you google Sawadee Dental Clinic 127 Rat-U-Thit road as they are directly in front of the dental clinic.
The new shop is about 300 meters north of Bangla Rd, same side as Jungceylon shopping center and directly opposite over the road is OK Super Mart and Friendship Leather. Jinda Shop still has the red and white signs which are easy to see. Coming from the Graceland’s end of Patong walk along Rat-U-Thit Rd past the Novotel Vintage Park and past the entry to The Royal Paradise Hotel and Spa, soon you will see all the little shop stalls and Jinda’s sign.
For those who do not know Jinda Shop, it is run by a lovely Thai lady and her sons, daughter and son in law, they are all such happy, friendly people and a big favorite with so many Australian shoppers. There is absolutely no need to bargain here as Jinda gives very cheap prices to start with. We highly recommend calling into Jinda’s Shop, you will not regret it!
Jinda has a good selection of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, electronic goods, speakers, headphones, action cameras, jewelry and much more. If she does not have what you’re looking for then she will find it for you. Jinda normally throws in a free sarong or scarf as well!
Jinda usually opens the shop at 8am in the morning and then the boys take over for the afternoon and night with the shop closing around 11pm, or when there are no customers.
