KAN EANG @ PIER CHALONG BAY
Kan Eang @ Pier is the original of the Kan Eang restaurants at Chalong Bay and started life as a grocery store over 40 years ago! The restaurant was called Kan Eang 1 but after total renovations in 2007 the name was changed to Kan Eang @ Pier.
It is a firm favorite with locals and visitors and it is easy to see why, the restaurant is in a lovely setting with views of Chalong Bay, the food is delicious and prices are excellent. Kan Eang @ Pier have quite a few famous signature dishes one of these being the Stir fried cuttlefish, it is amazing and just melts in your mouth.
Some of our favorite dishes at Kan Eang @ Pier would have to be the Marinated Pork which is another signature dish and it is the best pork dish I have ever tasted! Then there is the local vegetable called Pak Miang served with egg, actually every dish we have had here has been very different and delicious.
This is also a great place for families with plenty of space for chidren to run around and play.
