Laem Hin Seafood is a very well known popular restaurant on Phuket’s East Coast.  It is opposite Koh Maphrao and about a 5 minute drive from Thepkrasattri Road, coming from the Patong area it is a 30 minute drive depending on traffic.

 

We have eaten here many times over the years, the staff are fantastic, and the food is authentic, fresh, very tasty and cheap.

The restaurant is partially built out over the water on stilts; don’t forget to take some mosquito spray with you. The furniture is basic, plastic chairs and tables badly in need of painting but the food more than makes up for this.

Laem Hin Seafood is very popular with Thai people so that's says a lot about the quality and price. Definitely worth a visit for lunch or dinner.
