Pac Nam Restaurant can be a little bit hard to find if you are not familiar with the area as it is on the edge of Phuket Town up Ratsadanuson Road more commonly called Monkey Hill by the locals.

If you are going to go there make sure you book first as it is an extremely popular place with locals. The restaurant is perched on the side of the hill overlooking Koh Maphrao and parts of Phuket Town.

This is the place to go for delicious fresh seafood, the menu is in Thai and English and it is some of the spiciest food I have ever tasted.
