PHANG NGA VIEW POINT
We had seen the signs for the Phang Nga View Point a few times on various drives and always said next time we drive past we will go there. Well finally we did get up there and have been back a few times since, it is a beautiful place that opened back in 2013.
There is horse riding and riding lessons, camping, a bungalow, restaurant and they often have BBQ Cowboy nights. Eventually they are hoping to add in Zip Lining.
The views overlooking Phang Nga are stunning and there is nothing better than sitting up here having an icy cold drink on the outdoor terrace and suddenly a horse walks past you lol, his name is Chico and he is extremely spoilt and has the run of the place.
The owner is a lovely man who loves his horses and likes a chat; he is also very knowledgeable about the area, so of course we highly recommend a visit to the Phang Nga View Point.
If you are coming from Phuket just before you get to Phang Nga Town turn left after the turn off to Phang Nga Bay and before the Krabi road (which is on your right) there are signs when you are close to the turn off and it will take about one hour to drive there from Phuket.
